Our bags use a zinc alloy and our belt buckles are made with premium grade stainless steel. 

Returns

Returns usually take around 7 working days to process. You can learn more about our return policy here. 

You can return unused items in saleable condition within 7 days. The packaging and tags must be intact in order for us to process your return. 

It usually takes around 14 working days to process. It takes about a week for the items to arrive at our warehouse and then they must be inspected. The items must be in saleable condition with the packaging and tags intact in order for us to help. Please contact our Customer Delight team for more information. 

If you are not happy with your product, do give us a call so we can help rectify the issue at the earliest.  

Shipping

For shipping addresses in Bangalore, place your order by 5 pm to receive your items the very next day. For all other addresses, kindly allow for a delivery time of 3 - 4 working days.  

Yes! All online purchases except Cash On Delivery are shipped for free within India. If you chose the Cash on Delivery service, there is a 100 charge applied on small leather goods and packages weighing less than 5 kg. For packages weighing 5 kg or more, a 150 fee will be applied.
