Product Information

Gently wipe metal hardware with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and oils. To maintain its original condition, use the Leather Care kit. Avoid contact with water and chemicals to prevent tarnishing.

 

To ensure longevity, avoid exposing leather products to water and direct sunlight. Use a soft cloth for cleaning and a leather conditioner periodically to maintain suppleness.

 

For regular maintenance, wipe the pen with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, especially for fountain pens, flush the nib with lukewarm water and let it dry completely before reassembling.

 

Store leather goods in a cool, dry place. Use dust bags provided to protect them from dust and moisture. Avoid overstuffing bags to maintain their shape.

 

If your leather product gets wet, blot the excess moisture with a soft cloth and let it air dry naturally. Do not use heat sources like a hair dryer to speed up the drying process.

 

To minimize scratches, avoid contact with sharp objects and rough surfaces.

 

Store your pens in a pen case or holder to protect them from damage. For fountain pens, ensure the cap is securely fastened to prevent the ink from drying out.

 

Returns

Returns usually take around 7 working days to process. You can learn more about our return policy here. 

You can return unused items in saleable condition within 7 days. The packaging and tags must be intact in order for us to process your return. 

It usually takes around 14 working days to process. It takes about a week for the items to arrive at our warehouse and then they must be inspected. The items must be in saleable condition with the packaging and tags intact in order for us to help. Please contact our Customer Delight team for more information.

Shipping

For shipping addresses in Bangalore, place your order by 5 pm to receive your items the very next day. For all other addresses, kindly allow for a delivery time of 3 - 4 working days.  

Yes! All online purchases except Cash On Delivery are shipped for free within India. If you chose the Cash on Delivery service, there is a 100 charge applied on small leather goods and packages weighing less than 5 kg. For packages weighing 5 kg or more, a 150 fee will be applied.

Yes. The charges vary from country to country and are not included as part of our shipping charges.
