Ordering on Lapis Bard

To make purchases on the Lapis Bard Online Store, you do not need to register, however, we suggest you create an account to access exclusive areas and services dedicated to our customers.

 

Changing order

If your order has not been shipped, you will be able to make changes to your order like changing colour, adding products to your order, removing products or swapping them. Please send an email with your request to info@lapisbard.com.

Damaged condition

If your order was damaged during transit, kindly take a photograph of the damaged item and send it to info@lapisbard.com along with your order details. In case the item is out of stock, we will send you a replacement item of equal value.

Out of stock product

Please send us a mail on info@lapisbard.com and we shall let you know about the availability of the product.


Cancelling order

If your order has not been shipped, then our customer service team will guide you through the cancellation process. However, if the order has been shipped the order cannot be cancelled. The package can be returned as per the Return Policy.
